3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
• You are responsible for information and content you submit for analysis.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and access security.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.

• Do not violate laws, rights of others, or contractual obligations.

11. Suspension and Termination

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Moldova, excluding conflict of law rules where legally permitted.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms is subject to the competent courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
